I’m thrilled to join the staff with KIDS@PUMC as Director of Kids Connection. I feel grateful for the opportunity to work with Ms. Charity and the rest of the team. I have lived in Plainfield for approximately 16 years. I am a member of Plainfield UMC and am married to Eiric Shriner. We have 3 adult daughters and 5 grandchildren who affectionately call me Yaya. Before joining PUMC, I worked as the Office Manager for Avon Christian Church, a Disciples of Christ Church. I have a background in IT, specializing in database management and writing code. I consider myself a geek and enjoy sci-fi franchises such as Star Wars, Star Trek, and Dr. Who, as well as playing Dungeons and Dragons. I enjoy reading books, eating food, and drinking coffee and tea. I find joy in the sound of children’s laughter, taking care of plants, and crocheting.
