Experience the Joy of Christmas Worship: Sunday, December 24, 2023

On Sunday, December 24, 2023, we invite you to join us for a day filled with heartfelt worship and celebration as we come together to honor the spirit of Christmas. Our congregation will gather for regularly scheduled morning worship, offering a range of services to accommodate our community’s diverse needs and preferences.

Classic Worship Services

  • 8:45 am and 10:00 am
  • Our classic worship services at 8:45 am and 10:00 am provide a traditional and reverent experience featuring timeless hymns, scripture readings, and a message of hope and faith. These services offer a space for quiet reflection and embracing cherished traditions.

NewDay Praise Worship

  • 10:00 am
  • Embrace the uplifting and contemporary atmosphere of our NewDay Praise Worship at 10:00 am. This service invites you to experience worship through modern music, dynamic worship, and a message that resonates with the season’s vibrancy.

Youth and Children’s Worship

  • 10:00 am
  • Our KIDS@PUMC and Youth Worship at 10:00 am are tailored to engage our young members in a meaningful and age-appropriate worship. Through interactive activities, music, and teachings, children and youth will discover Jesus in a positive and glorious way.

Children’s Christmas Eve Worship

  • 4:00 pm
  • Experience an extraordinary worship event specially designed for families with young children. Toddlers, preschoolers, and early elementary-aged children can participate in telling the story of Christmas and see it come to life. Join in singing familiar Christmas songs and celebrate the birth of Jesus with the children present. The worship lasts a maximum of 30 minutes, making it perfect for young children with shorter attention spans.

Christmas Eve Worship

  • 7:00, 9:00, & 11:00 pm
  • As the day unfolds, we will culminate our Christmas worship with special Christmas Eve services at 7:00, 9:00, and 11:00 pm. These services will offer a magical and reverent atmosphere, illuminated by candlelight and filled with the joyous melodies of Christmas carols. 11:00 pm worship is more contemplative, featuring our festival bell choir and communion.

We welcome all members of our congregation and visitors to join us for these worship experiences, as they are designed to provide spiritual nourishment, fellowship, and the opportunity to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas.
Our community is eager to share in the spirit of Christmas with you, and we look forward to coming together in worship and celebration on this special day. Your presence will enrich our gatherings and contribute to the warmth and spirit of our faith community.
