This month we celebrate faithful stewardship and the resources that support our ministries of Belonging and Care. Seven percent—$71,000—of our annual budget is dedicated to this focus. These resources make it possible for guests to feel at home from their very first visit, for members to find encouragement and fellowship, and for all to receive spiritual support and compassion in life’s most challenging moments.
The Belonging and Congregational Care portion of the budget includes:
- Support for the Hospitality Team, greeters, ushers, and Coffee Ministry
- Resources for Congregational Care, including Stephen Ministry and Grief Care
- Funding for fellowship opportunities and group-forming ministries
As with each segment of our narrative budget, this portion includes not only direct ministry expenses but also the staffing and resources that make them possible. Together, these investments ensure that everyone—from first-time guests to long-time members—can find belonging and care in Christ’s love.
