The PUMC kitchen is currently undergoing some much-needed renovation work. It will not be available for food preparation at the end of January. As a result, we won’t be able to offer in-house meals. However, we will serve a picnic-style lunch to the community with some creative menu planning, and carry-out lunches will also be available. We hope to resume dine-in eating on February 24, 2024, assuming everything goes according to plan. If you have any inquiries, don’t hesitate to contact Mary Ann Hamilton at m.a.hamilton2@gmail.com.

The cost for the burial right to use the niche is $2500, which includes using the niche for two sets of remains if desired. The fee for engraving the granite niche cover is also included in the use fee. It’s important to note that if the niche is intended to be used by a single Grantee, the cost for the burial right will be reduced to $2250. This niche is designed to accommodate cremated remains and is located in a beautiful and peaceful location. There are only 15 niches available for use currently, so if you’re interested in purchasing a niche, it’s recommended that you act fast. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here to help you in any way we can.

Almighty God, pour out your blessings upon your servants who have been given particular ministries in your church. Grant them grace to give themselves wholeheartedly in your service. Keep before them the example of our Lord, who did not think first of himself but gave himself for us all. Let them share his ministry and consecration, that they may enter into his joy. Guide them in their work. Reward their faithfulness with the knowledge that through them your purposes are accomplished; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

At PUMC, we support numerous mission projects that spread God’s message of love and compassion. Our mission projects range from providing education and healthcare to underprivileged communities, supporting disaster relief efforts, and assisting those in need locally and globally.
Your support is critical in helping us advance these projects. Your financial donations, supplies, and hands-on service allow us to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. We urge you to mark your undesignated gift to PUMC missions as “Missions” in the memo field so that the Missions Committee can distribute the funds to projects that need them the most.
Your impact will be felt by those who need it most, and we thank you for your unwavering support in helping us spread God’s love and message of hope.
