Serving the Children of Plainfield

“Serving the Children of Plainfield” is Plainfield United Methodist Church’s (PUMC) “Big Thing.” We asked the school nurses at Plainfield’s elementary and middle schools what items we could collect to help the children.

  • Shoes (girls & boys) 5-10, especially 7, 8, & 9
  • Underwear, socks (girls & boys)
  • Sweatshirts (girls & boys) 6-7, 7-8, 8-10 black, navy, grey
  • Sweatpants (girls & boys) 6-7, 7-8, 8-10 black, navy, grey
  • Travel-sized deodorant (girls & boys) 4-ounce cups
  • Small bottles of water
  • Prepackaged snacks (goldfish crackers, pretzels, crackers, granola bars)—no nuts
  • Hats

All donations may be dropped off in the bin marked “Students of Plainfield” at door number 2 (office entrance).
