Plainfield United Methodist Church is hiring a part-time coordinator of children’s ministries. The job requires around 20 hours of work per week. The Coordinator will be responsible for developing a Christ-centered philosophy for faith development, planning and organizing special events, recruiting and training volunteer leaders, supervising and training childcare and nursery leaders, and completing other duties as directed by the Senior Pastor. The ideal candidate should have a personal commitment to Christ, experience in children’s ministries, effective communication, and administrative skills.
